Prof. Dr. h.c. Berger is the founder and Chairman of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants GmbH, Munich,

Germany. Prof. Dr. h.c. Berger is also the co-founder and member of Berger Lahnstein Middelhoff &

Partners LLP. Prof. Dr. h.c. Berger is a member of various supervisory and advisory boards of national

and international companies, foundations and organizations. These include Fiat Group, Turin, Italy; Tele-

com Italia, Milan, Italy; FC Bayern München, Munich, Germany; Prime Office AG, Munich, Germany,

Blackstone Germany (Chairman), and Germany1 Acquisition Limited (Chairman and Non-executive Di-

rector). Prof. Dr. h.c. Berger is also a member of various international advisory boards, including Sony

nical University in Cottbus. Prof. Dr. h.c. Berger was a member of many expert groups advising various

federal and state governments. In 2007, Prof. Dr. h.c. Berger was appointed by the European Commission

to the "High Level Group of Independent Stakeholders on Administrative Burdens" headed by former

State Premier Dr. Edmund Stoiber. Prof. Dr. h.c. Berger is Honorary Consul General of the Republic of

Finland in Bavaria and Thuringia. Prof. Dr. h.c. Berger is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of his pri-

Keith Corbin

Keith Corbin has been a Non-executive Director since 24 June 2009.

Mr. Corbin is currently the Group Executive Chairman of Nerine Trust Company Limited, a position he

has held since April 2000. In March 1999, Mr. Corbin founded Larem Trustees Limited as majority

shareholder and Chairman. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Corbin worked as an independent consultant, under-

taking assignments with a number of financial services groups. From 1979 to 1997, Mr. Corbin was the

Group Managing Director at Havelet Holdings Limited, an international financial services group. Mr.

Corbin is currently a director of a number of public and regulated financial services companies including

Dr. Thomas Middelhoff

Dr. Thomas Middelhoff has been a Non-executive Director since 25 January 2010.

Dr. Middelhoff was Co-Chairman and Executive Director of the Issuer from 24 June 2008 until 12 Au-

gust 2009. Currently, Dr. Thomas Middelhoff is also Chairman and founding partner of Berger Lahnstein

Middelhoff & Partners LLP. Dr. Middelhoff was Chairman of the management board at Arcandor AG,

Essen (previously KarstadtQuelle AG), a position he has held from May 2005 until February 2009. From

June 2003 to May 2005, Dr. Middelhoff was Head of Europe for corporate investment at Investcorp In-

ternational Limited based in London. From 1986 to 2002, Dr. Middelhoff held a variety of positions at

Bertelsmann AG, a privately held media company, the most senior of which was CEO. Dr. Middelhoff

currently holds a number of board seats including with The New York Times Company, a position he has

held since 2003. Dr. Middelhoff holds a degree in business administration from the University of Mün-

ster, and a doctorate from the University of Saarland, Saarbrücken. Dr. Middelhoff has been the recipient

of a number of awards, including an Honorary Doctorate from the Leipzig Graduate School of Manage-

Bruce Brock

Bruce Brock was Chief Executive Officer until 31 July 2010 and since then has served as a Non-

executive Director.
