Prior to joining AEG PS Group Mr. Kayser served as Chief Executive Officer of KUKA AG from Octo-

ber 2008 to September 2009. Mr. Kayser joined KUKA AG from Siemens AG, where he was Chief Ex-

ecutive Officer of Siemens plc in London and Chief Executive Officer of the Regional Cluster North-

West Europe. From May 2006 until April 2008 Dr. Kayser was Chief Strategy Officer of Siemens AG in

Munich. From April 2001 until December 2004 he headed as President the Industrial Automation Sys-

tems Division before he became 2004 President and CEO of Siemens Ltd. Seoul and Speaker of Siemens

Corporation in South Korea. In 1995 and 1996 Dr. Kayser worked for the Siemens Inhouse Consulting as

a project manager. From January 1996 until September 1998 Dr. Kayser worked as a partner of Siemens

Management Consulting Group and following to that from October 1998 until March 2001 he acted as

Managing Partner.

Dr. Kayser started 1980 with his studies at the Technical University Darmstadt in electrical engineering

and business administration where he graduated 1987 as a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur (equivalent to a

Master of Science Electrical Engineering and Business Administration). From 1987-1989 Dr. Kayser

completed his Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the John F. Kennedy School of Government,

Harvard University and Harvard School of Business in Cambridge/Boston, Mass. He achieved his doctor-

ate in Business Administration in 1992 at the University of Mannheim. The business address of Mr. Kay-

Robert Huljak

Robert Huljak has been an Executive Director and has served as Chief Strategic Officer since 12 August

2009.

The Issuer and Robert Huljak have agreed that Robert Huljak will resign with effect from 31 December

2010 on. Upon his retirement, Robert Huljak will continue to serve as a Non-executive Director of 3W

Power Holdings S. A.

In January 2005, Robert Huljak assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AEG PS

Group after it was acquired by Ripplewood Holdings and the Brock Group. Prior to joining AEG PS

Group, Mr. Huljak partnered with Bruce Brock to form the Brock Group. In 2001, the Brock Group part-

nered with Ripplewood Holdings to establish strategic business plans for potential acquisitions of busi-

ness in the electronic sector. In 2005 the team acquired what is now known as AEG Power Solutions. In

November 1996, Mr. Huljak became Chief Technical Officer of Lucent Power Systems (LPS) and was

promoted to Vice President, Development in February 1998. Prior to joining Lucent, Mr. Huljak was the

Director of Development for MagneTek's Lighting Group. Mr. Huljak started his career at IBM as an en-

gineer in 1970. He spent 23 years at IBM and concluded his tenure in 1993 as the Director of Develop-

ment of the company's Power Supply Group, now known as Celestica. He also served on the Board of

Directors for the Power Sources Manufacturers Corporation and on the University of Texas-Arlington

Advisory Board for Engineering. Mr. Huljak graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1969 with a

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. In 1973, Mr. Huljak graduated from Syracuse University
