Customers

Renewable Energy Solutions segment's products and solutions are marketed to a broad variety of custom-

ers globally. The segment's five largest customers accounted for 67 % and its ten largest customers for

approximately 88 % of its revenues in 2009. They include traditional suppliers, integrators and new en-

trants to the market. In 2009, Renewable Energy Solutions generated 32 % of its revenues from customers

based in Europe, 27 % of its revenues from customers based in the USA and 41 % of its revenues from

customers based in Asia.

AEG PS Group offers its Energy Efficiency Solutions to a broad range of industrial customers located

throughout the world, in particular Europe, Asia and the Middle East with a growing presence in the

Americas, including end-users, global engineering firms, specialized contractors, telecom OEMs and ser-

vice providers. In 2009, the division's products were sold to over 500 customers in 95 countries. Its ten

largest customers accounted for approximately 43 % of its revenues in this segment in 2009. In 2009,

63 % of its revenues in the Energy Efficiency Solutions segment were generated with customers based in

Europe, 4 % of its revenues with customers based in USA, 11 % of its revenues with customers in Middle

East and 21 % of its revenues with customers based in Asia.

Employees

AEG PS Group (including skytron) had a total of 1,516 employees, including permanent and temporary
