Before using for the first time

Initial Cleaning

0 Wipe the glass ceramic cooking surface with a damp cloth to remove

any traces left over from manufacturing.

Important: Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaners! The surface

could be damaged.

Suitable Pans

• By using suitable pans, you avoid damage to the appliance.

• The base should be as thick and flat as possible. Rough bases scratch

the cooking surfaces when slid.

• Pans made of cast iron or with rough edges and burrs can leave per-

manent scratches.

• Important: Avoid pans boiling dry. The bases could be irreparably

damaged in the process and the glass ceramic cooking surface dam-

aged.
